How to reset your password
Contact us through any of the methods below. After identity verification — typically a brief video call or document confirmation — your password will be reset and you will receive a temporary one to change on first login.
Why we don’t do automated resets
Most websites send a reset link to your email address. For accounts holding hundreds of thousands or millions of euros in physical assets, this is a security weakness, not a convenience.
If your email account is ever compromised — through phishing, breach, or simple oversight — an attacker with email access could reset your Ariyor password and authenticate as you. We do not consider this an acceptable risk for our members.
Verifying your identity through a private exchange or video check is a small inconvenience for the protection it provides. It is also one of the reasons our members choose to be with us.
