What we hold
Investment-grade gold (999.9‰)
Our primary holding. Every bar accepted at our vault meets or exceeds the 999.9‰ fineness standard required for EU VAT-exempt classification. Bars come from LBMA Good Delivery refineries and arrive with full Certificate of Origin documentation.
Standard sizes: 1kg, 500g, 250g, 100g, 50g.
Investment-grade silver (999‰)
Held in addition to gold for clients seeking precious-metal diversification. Note that silver is not VAT-exempt under EU law and is taxed at the standard rate of the member state where the buyer is resident.
Platinum and palladium (999.5‰)
Industrial precious metals offered for portfolio diversification. Subject to standard EU VAT.
Withdrawal options
Physical collection
Members may collect their bars in person at our Luxembourg office at 21 Rue Glesener with 24 hours’ notice. A private handover room is available, along with reserved parking. Bars are weighed and verified in your presence before transfer of custody.
Insured armoured-courier delivery
For members who prefer not to travel, we arrange insured armoured-courier delivery to a designated address. The cost is charged at-cost and is typically €150 to €500 within Europe, depending on destination and insurance value.
Cash settlement
Many members prefer to convert their holdings to cash rather than collect physically. Sale at the prevailing LBMA Fix is settled to your nominated bank account within two to three business days. There is no exit fee beyond the standard dealer spread.
Fees, transparently
Our fee structure is intentionally simple:
- Custody fee: 0.5% to 1.0% per annum on the average value of your holdings, depending on tier. Billed quarterly. Calculated daily.
- Intake assay fee: €25 per bar, charged once when a bar enters the vault.
- Dealer spread on transactions: Transparent and shown before each transaction. Always quoted in absolute and percentage terms.
- Physical collection: Free.
- Armoured-courier delivery: At cost.
We do not charge performance fees, inactivity fees, or quote-request fees. The complete fee schedule applicable to your tier is in your Custody Agreement.
What we do not offer
To set expectations clearly, our service does not include:
- Investment advice. We do not advise on whether to buy, sell, or allocate. Members work with their own financial advisors for that.
- Trading platforms. We are not a brokerage. We hold metal you buy; we do not run a trading desk.
- Paper or unallocated gold. Every bar is a real bar. We do not offer claims, units, or pooled positions.
- Storage of other valuables. Custody of jewellery, art, watches, or other categories is outside our remit. We can refer to specialist Luxembourg custodians.
